Startup Growth Consultant

You will sit alongside founders between a working MVP and a repeatable revenue motion, and own the plan that gets them there.

What you will do

• Run growth diagnostics across a portfolio of early-stage companies and agree the three things that actually move each one.
• Design and test acquisition channels, then hand the founder a motion they can run without you.
• Translate product usage into the commercial narrative a founder needs for their next raise.
• Work with our MVP Accelerator teams so what gets built is what the market asked for.

What we are looking for

• Three or more years in growth, strategy or consulting, at least some of it with early-stage companies.
• Comfortable with analytics and willing to pull the numbers yourself.
• You can hold your position with a founder who disagrees with you, and change it when they are right.
